I hadn’t been logged into Orkut in a couple days so I clicked a few minutes ago. Finally the damn thing has proved useful. I noticed that Nicole Stockdale has added new “friends” to her list, one of whom is Joshua Benton, a reporter at the Dallas Morning News. Turns out Josh keeps a way-cool blog called crabwalk.com in which he reveals his peculiar musical tastes, links to his news stories and whatever else he feels like blogging. It’s also deeply stylish.
In other Orkut news, the Newspaper Editors community I started is up to 11 members, and at least four of them are people unrelated to my circle of aquaintance. So a little something is happening over there.
