The L.A. Times has his cellphone number, as does NPR.
I, however, do not. A couple minutes ago I fielded the second inquiry from a radio producer trying to get Gapay on the air. I’m flattered by the attention, folks, but alas I have no info on the guy. If anybody has any ideas about tracking him down, leave a note in the comments area.
