Can’t wait to see your photos of Sunol – have not been there yet this Spring season! Plus, I’m jealous as hell, sitting here in this damn stuffy office!
Aw man! Vindu was out from NY over the weekend and I took him on a hike of the Vista Grande loop at Sunol on Saturday. Naturally, wine followed. Vindu & I definitely talked about ropin’ you into our plans next time he’s out, Tom. Maybe rope both Toms (yo, gambolin man!).
Doing some paid free-lance stuff at the moment (bone dry but lucrative; funny how that works) but will get to posting pix, gps tracks and the rest either later tonight or in the morning.
I can say there is a lot of water at Sunol right now. I did about half of the “W Tree Rock Scramble” and got my feet soaked quite a few times.
As for the Coe outing: with my goofy schedule (I work fridays and saturdays), I’d have hard time synching with other people’s time off, which would make it hard to do an overnighter (though not impossible).
We could think about doing Coe on a Sunday, though, or even a Monday if some of you want to play hooky.

What about that legendary Coe outing we’ve all been pining for? Maybe even an overnighter!
