• Camera Trap Codger: This is a guy who puts out camera traps in the wilderness and catches critters in the act of, well, being wild animals. Amazing stuff, though it makes hiking seem like a rather tame hobby in comparison.
• WinterCampers.com: Based primarily in upstate New York, but has oodles of camping tales that our High Sierra snow-campers will appreciate.
• Time Outdoors: An Eastern Seaboard hiking and photo blog that shows considerable promise. I liked the 10 Best Affordable Gift Ideas for Photographers.
