• A product review – something you’ve used in the field. This includes international equipment brands not distributed in the US.
• A backpacking trip report
• A lightweight or ultralight gear list with an explanation of your selections
• A photo or video tutorial about some aspect of backpacking technique
• A novel backpacking food recipe
• An introduction to your backpacking club
• Trail maintenance activities and certification requirements
• Articles about conservation, animals or plants
• Backpacking heath and hygene
• Charitable organizations or intitiatives that benefit the backpacking community
