I’m pretty much done tweaking stuff now … got most of my ads on the right side and the blog posts on the left — theoretically this design will also make the site easier to read in portable geegaws like your iPhone – but I don’t have any geegaws to test this theory.
I’ve also switched the page layout so that the comments aren’t inline below the posts — I had this layout originally because I figured the feedback was just as important as the blog posts. After a couple years, though, I think the home page just looks nicer with a link to the comments on another page. Sorry if you liked it better the other way; perhaps subscribing to the comments feed will console your grief.
I’m still on my mini-vacation through Thursday but I’ll continue to try to sneak some posts in over the next couple days.
