SVMoms blog has a post describing one mom’s habit of walking to the Stanford Dish:
The first couple of times it was all I could do to struggle up and down the hills while remembering to breathe. Then, as I the fog began to clear I started to notice some of the other walkers and runners… and euh… I have a few things I’d like to say to them:
To the young girl flipflopping all over the place: GET A BRA! Or at least a better one… or two. Trust me, you think that they’ll always be perky and cute, but they won’t and anything you can do to help now will be well worth it in the long run. Plus, please! You’re going cause accidents running around like that!
To the men who think that they look hot running without their shirts? You don’t. Cover up. Please.
She also mentions someone who combines walking and sudoku … see, even the people with very large brains at Stanford inventing time machines and teleportation devices can find time to get a little hike in.
