Cynthia Leeder e-mailed applauding my posts at Busy Being Born and pointed out she’s has caught the hiking/picture-taking/posting-it-on-the-Web bug. A page of her Bay Area hikes is here. Cynthia says she’s only recently gotten into the whole walking-on-dirt thing but even so, she’s not into the taking-it-easy-walking-around-the-lake route, as she has a raft of write-ups from the infamous Henry Coe State Park (not to mention Death Valley; I don’t think my wife will even let me hike there).

By the way, yesterday was a perfect day to be on Mission Peak, as her pictures attest.
