I’m planning to hike at the Pinnacles National Monument on Sunday, so this page showing which flowers are in bloom is quite handy. Most of them aren’t, but there should be enough to distract us from all those cool rocks for a minute or two.

One thing I like about wildflowers is that they stand still (except for the wind) when you take their picture. Everything in the animal kingdom seems to run away before I get my camera focused.
