He even has a <a href=\"http:\/\/home.earthlink.net\/~olivepress\/id6.html\">photo essay<\/a> pointing out all the essential steps. I think he missed one, though: The pages appear to be blank.  (See, that&#8217;s what I&#8217;d do: spend all day binding the damn thing, not noticing until after the job was done that I had, well, forgotten to put stuff on the pages.
